EA Hiring 2018 GBLT

GBLT intends to purchase the services for hiring in.

Taking care of the hiring of flex workers and payroll for GBLT consisting of:

hiring flexpool

Throughout the year flexworkers hired on behalf of the KCC's flex pool, where the requested capacity varies.

Non-flexpool hiring

This concernsthe hiring of flexworkers up to scale 10 for the purpose of a peak of work or a temporary underemployment. This mainly involves administrative and financial functions and incidentally also (not exhaustively) administrative-legal, Pnctions and (scale) levels between scale 7 and scale 10. GBLT is responsible for the recruitment and selection of the candidate, with whom the contractor subsequently enters into an agreement and provides the administrative remuneration. Contractor hereby takes over all administrative obligations and financial risks associated with the employer of GBLT In short the GBLT besteeWith respect to payrolling, the legal employer, contract management and the remuneration of staff recruited by them themselves.
