Comprehensive service and performing the function of a Contract Engineer for the investment task" Thermomodernization of the campus of the University of Szczecin at ul.Cukrowa and Krakowska St. in Szczecin. "The direct goal of the investment is thermomodernization of the University of Szczecin Campus at Cukrowa and Krakowska St. in Szczecin. and preparedia functional and utility program, supervising the preparation, development and verification of project documentation implemented in the "design and build" form, preparation, supervision of service and settlement of projects co-financed from EU funds as well as management and supervision of the construction process throughout the implementation period, starting from supervision preparing documentsconcept, functional and utility program, projects, verification and verification of project documentation, participation in the preparation of public procurement procedures for the selection of investment works Contractors, then management of construction processes and settlement of Contractors, until obtaining a decision on the permit to use and verification of achieved indicators projefor individual parts of the project and final and final settlement of the investment on the task: "Thermomodernization of the campus of the University of Szczecin at Cukrowa and Krakowska St. in Szczecin." the provisions of the Building Law, public works, the Civil Code and others.

The offer should be secured by a deposit in the amount of: PLN 7, 000.00 (say: PLN seven thousand). The Contractor is obliged to attach to the offer: a current statement as at the date of submission of the offers that it is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. The Contractor shall submit this declaration in the form of a Single European Documentorders (ESPD. Single document (EAT), prepared, under pain of nullity, in electronic form and provided with a qualified electronic signature. The contractor who refers to the resources of other entities, in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion, also submits uniform documents regarding these entities on the EAT form, which must be in the form of an electronic documenttronic, signed by a qualified electronic signature by each of them to the extent that each of the Contractors shows no grounds for exclusion. A similar requirement applies to EAT submitted when Contractors jointly apply for the contract. These documents confirm that there are no grounds for exclusion. In the case of submitting a joint bid, the above each folding contractor submits the documentgiving a joint offer. The Contractor, which refers to the resources of other entities, in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with them, to the extent that it refers to their resources, the conditions for participation in the proceedings also submits uniform documents regarding these entities. Before awarding the contract, the contracting authority will call the Contractor whose offer has been rated the highest to submit: a list of services rendered, and in the case of periodic or continuous services also performed with attachments indicating whether these services have been performed or are being performedduly used; list of persons directed by the Contractor to carry out the public contract, in particular those responsible for the provision of services, quality control or management of construction works, together with information on their professional qualifications, rights, experience and education necessary to perform the public contract, as well as the scope of not openinformation on the basis for the disposal of these persons, information from the National Criminal Register in the scope specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 item 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law, issued not earlier than 6 months before the deadline for submitting bids; copy; from the relevant register or from the central register and information on economic activity, if separate provisions require an entry in the register or a recordncji;

c) the Contractor`s statement that he has not issued a final court judgment or final administrative decision regarding late payment of taxes, fees or social security or health insurance contributions; valid as at the date of submitting the Contractor`s declaration of no decision against him as a precautionary measure forbidding public procurement. If the Contractor hasthe seat or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in point 3 item 1 submits information from the relevant register or, in the absence of such register, another equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country in which the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence or place of residence has the person to whomconcerns information or a document.
