Reference Number: EB-2019-0246 The object of the invitation to tender is the object monitoring and the documentation as well as the professional participation in the award (exclin technical matters) of the 3 building construction projects of the BVD site in SXF-Nord. The construction works are carried out by one or several general contractors.

Main Site: Dahme Spreewald district

The subject of the invitation to tender is the participation in the award (exclusively in technical matters), the object monitoring and documentation of the 3 building construction projects of the BVD location in SXF-Nord. The 3 projects are part of a larger area, which is currently being developed. There are interfaces to outdoor facilities, media development and trades that are commissioned directly by the AG, eg. Eg TK-IT. The construction works are tendered on the basis of a functional performance description (FLB) and the design and approval planning, the execution planning is carried out by the GenerAlumni created themselves. It should be noted that each project could be built by an entrepreneur.

The building construction projects are the following 3 buildings:

The social building has 3 full floors, approx. 3 225 m gross floor area and approx. 11 765 cbm gross room area, The building is about 79.90 m long and 14.10 m wide and 10.90 m high. On the 3 floors, a Mischnu distributedwhich consists of office, break-room and sanitary areas. The construction is a solid construction, with partially gutted flat roof and 2 development cores without elevator systems. The vehicle hall is largely single storey, a small area in the warehouse is arranged over 2 storeys and has a total area of approximately 2 410 m gross floor area and 17 010 cbm gross volume, The building is approx.77.40 m long, 31.40 m wide and about 7.00 m high. It consists of 2 areas of use, an approx. 958 m large warm indoor area and a approx. 1 452 m large cold area. The use of the hall are storage areas, as well as Fahrzeugabstellbereiche for de-icers, fresh water and Faenkalienwagen and tugs. The hall is being built in steel construction.

The access control center (ZKS) is closedchossig, has approx. 325 m gross floor area and approx. 1 950 cbm gross room volume. The building is about 20.80 m long, about 15.80 m high and about 6.00 m high. It has 2 covered lanes and a covered exit lane and includes all related technical equipment for people and goods control.

The outdoor facilities are not part of the scope of service.

The buildings are located on the air sideIn the area of the airport, however, they will be excluded from the airfields throughout the construction period and will be given a separate access to the construction site.
