Replacement of electric drive with 31.5 kV disconnectors in Stolnik - Main Site: Stolnik 400/220/110 / 31, 5 / 20/10 kV, Stolnik village, Elin Pelin Municipality

The subject of the order includes delivery and installation ofmotor drives for 31.5 kV, 110 kV disconnectors, motor drives to them and 110 kV isolators.

The participant has a registration in the Central Professional Register of Builders (TSRC) with the Bulgarian Construction Chamber in accordance with Art. 3, para. 2 of the Law on the Chamber of Builders for the execution of construction works of the third group, first category, and for foreign persons - inanalogous registers under the law of the Member State in which they are established

It is evidenced by the presentation of a certified copy of a certificate for registration in the CPSR in the third group - for first category constructions. A document is filed for a foreign person that it is entered in a similar register under the legislation of the Member State where it is established and a registration document in the CPSAver. 3, para. 1 and para. 2 of the CPS in connection with Art. 112, para. 1 Minimum Requirement: - Participant to be entered in the Third Group, First Category CPR

When submitting the tender, the participants declare their compliance with the selection criteria by filling in the information required by the assignor in the relevant section of EEDOP, submitted in electronic form according to Art. 67, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act

2.4.2. To have valid professional liability insurance under Article 171 of the Law on Spatial Planning According to Article 171a of the Territorial Units Act, a person from a Member State of the European Union or from another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area a space which is established in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria shall have an equivalent professional insurance coverwarranty or guarantee in another Member State of the European Union or in a Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area

It is proved by the presentation of a certified by the participant copy of professional liability insurance covered by the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for compulsory insurance in design and construction and payment document for paid insuranceremix. An equivalent document shall be presented to a foreign person under Art. 171a of the Territorial Development Act
