Public Procurement relating to the subscription, supply and management of subscriptions to French and foreign publications, in paper and / or electronic form for the Court of Cassation.
The subject of this consultation is the subscription, the provision of and the management of subscriptions to French and foreign publications, in paper and / or electronic version for the-Court of Cassation.
Main Site: Paris.
The purpose of this public procurement is: - - the provision of periodical publications in all disciplines, intended for legal research and general culture, in paper form and / or in electronic form, French and foreigners, published in all countries, as well as an access to the electronic archives of the press for the Library of the Court of cassation,
- provision of access to legal and / or general databases, - provision of newspapers (daily, weekly and monthly) for the Library, the secretariats of the First Presidency and the General Prosecutor's Office of the Court of cassation and the Department of Documentation, Studies and Report (SDER).
Are excluded from this public market the subscriptions papers and elElectronic contracts subscribed in the framework of national ministerial or interministerial public procurements to the notification of the present public market. Also excluded are the paper and electronic subscriptions diffused by the Directorate of the legal and administrative information (DILA) as well as the periodicals papers dissemination is carried out exclusively by the publisher, the association or theThe expected services are as follows:
- the subscription and payment of subscriptions to publishers and broadcasters, including the centralization and placing of all orders,
- the management of orders and the follow-up of the good progress of the distribution to the subscriber services,
- the management of the subscriptions by service or entity and by title,
- Management of subscriptions to isolated electronic journals (couple paper and electronic versions),
- management of online access.
The holder undertakes to renew the previous year's subscriptions to the publishers concerned. also undertakes to take back the incomplete collections of the administration and to propose the missing numbers.
