The subject of the contract is the supply annual subscriptions and purchases of newspapers, journals and general and specialized periodicals, French and foreigns, the supply of non-serial, isolated or special numbers in paper form, as well as technical or specialized digital documentation including databases and online subscriptions, required by the Toulon city services, divided into four thematic batches; .

Main Site: Municipal services of the city of Toulon

The municipal services centralizing orders are the-library service and logistics management as well as the cultural affairs department. The library service manages the paper and digital subscriptions in connection with its missions, for the different libraries and mediatheques of the city.

They are 5 in number: library of the city center, mediatheque of the nautical stadium of Port Marchand, mediatheque of the Rosierie, mediatheque of Sainte-Musse and mediatheque du Pont-du-Las, to which must be added a mobile service (mediabus) and an active reserve.

These last ones propose to the administrators a large choice of newspapers, magazines, magazines and other specialized documentations or generalist, for recreation or information.

Currently, the library of the city center is closed until 2mestre 2019. It is part of the overall building project that brings together the art museum and the library. Reopening scheduled in the 1 st quarter of 2020.

Mediatheque Chalucet: within the district of the creativity and the knowledge, the opening to the public is programmed for the autumn 2019.

The estimate of Article Ii.1.5 corresponds to the total estimate of the 4 lots in EUR excluding renewal. The annual estimate in EUR before tax is mentioned in Article Ii.2.6 for each lot. The benefits will be settled according to the catalog prices / public tariffs applicable to the whole of the customerele affected of rate of rebate or increase allowed.s by the holder to support his bid for each lot.
