Study on Methodology to measure the returns on investment from Integrated Social Assistance Schemes

The aim of this study is to estimate the returns on investment from minimum income schemes using different methods, including cross-country comparison. This study will cover national schemes of all EU Member States directed at the population of working age with working abilities not in employment and not eligible for social insurance benefits.
