Gross total surface built 138 500 m. Total gross volume built 610 000 m. One level in the DRC overcomes 6 complete floors, a technical level on the roof and several levels of basement / parking. Volume will expand on the phase 1 part of the plot. The works are priced at unit prices. The foreseeable duration of the work is 610 working days. This will be divided into 3 phases of schedules including milestone dates to respect. Projected start of work: 2 semester 2019.
