Maintenance and maintenance of the Public Lighting System in Satu Mare

Taking into account the obligation of the mayor's offices, which derives from the Law no. 230/2006 to ensure an optimal lighting of the localities and taking into account that the last subsequent contract of the framework agreement, which ensures the servicethe maintenance of public street lighting and public ornament lighting in Satu Mare expires on 30 June 2019, it is necessary to start a procurement procedure for the conclusion of a new framework agreement. Public street lighting and ornamental lighting is necessary to ensure:

Taking into account the obligation of the mayor's offices, which derives from Law no. 230/2006 ofensures the optimal lighting of the localities and taking into account that the last subsequent contract of the framework agreement that provides the services for street lighting and public ornament lighting in Satu Mare expires on 30.6.2019, it is necessary to start a procurement procedure for the conclusion of a new framework agreement. Public street and ornament lighting is us(b) to increase the degree of individual and collective security in the local communities, as well as the safety of the road and pedestrian traffic,

(a) to increase the degree of civilization, comfort and quality of life, c) the use of adequate lighting of the architectural and landscape features of the localities, as well as the marking of events(d) supporting and stimulating the economic and social development of the localities, (e) operating and exploiting in a safe, cost-effective and economical way the infrastructure related to the public lighting service.

The value of the acquisition - estimated for 4 years is 15 046 326, 56 RON without VAT and has been estimated by taking cu the provisions of art. 14 of the Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, updated "the maximum value, net of VAT, of all subsequent public procurement contracts expected to be awarded under the framework agreement (...) over its entire duration." Based on the agreement -frames will be awarded with subsequent contracts with a frequency of at least 4 contracts per year.the only subsequent contract is: 940 395, 41 RON (without VAT).

The framework agreement and the subsequent contracts will be concluded with a single economic operator.

- Non-compliance with the provisions of art. 164 of Law 98/2016, presented for the bidder / associated tenderer / subcontractor / third party. Fitting in one of the situations provided in art. 164 of Law 98/2016, leads toexclusion of the bidder in the present proceedings, - Non-compliance with the provisions of art. 165 of Law 98/2016, for the bidder / associated offeror / subcontractor / third party. Note 1: DUAE failure to submit with the offer (including associate / third party / subcontractor) entails rejecting it as unacceptable. They will, together with DUAE, the following documents: firm commitment of the third party to support the way in which its support is materialized, the subcontracting agreement and / or the association agreement, as the case may be.
