The object of management delegation is the public lighting service in Sfantu Gheorghe, which includes the following activities:

The object of management delegation is the lighting service pin the city of Sfantu Gheorghe supposes the following activities: - - Presentation and maintenance of parameters of the public lighting system in Sfantu Gheorghe Municipality, - Operation of the current lighting system and the one developed by a dispatcher, - Fitting and dismantling festive lighting. Maintenance of the public lighting system in Sfantu Gheorgherefers to all the operations required to bring and maintain the public lighting system at the projected normal (electrical, luminous, etc.) parameters.

The development of the public lighting service must ensure the fulfillment of the local needs and needs of local communities, namely: Raising the degree of civilization, comfort and quality of life,

- Increasing gthe individual and collective security council within the local communities, as well as the degree of safety of the road and pedestrian traffic,

- Putting in value, by adequate illumination, the architectural and landscape elements of the localities, as well as the marking of the festive events and the celebrations or religious,

- Supporting and stimulating the economic and social development of lo- Operation and safe operation of the service infrastructure - Maintenance is the set of low volume operations, performed periodically or unscheduled in the operation activity, with the purpose of maintaining the various subassemblies of the installations in a proper state. Carry out the operation and maintenance of thethe public lighting installations shall be carried out in compliance with the specific procedures of: - Admission to work, - Supervision of works, - Removal and commissioning of installations,

- Control of works.

Requirement 1. Failure to comply with Art. 164 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

Means of performance: The economic operator (leader, associateattorney, third party, subcontractor) will fill in the corresponding requirement in the DUAE form.

Documents will be required to support the bidder ranked I in the ranking drawn up at the completion of the tender evaluation, according to the information submitted to the DUAE in accordance with art.196 para. (1):

- The criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the management bodyor supervision of the respective economic operator or those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as set forth in the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / act of incorporation

Requirement 2. Non-compliance in the situations of art. 165 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

Means of performance: the economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) will completethe corresponding requirement in the DUAE form.

Support documents will be requested from the bidder ranked I in the ranking drawn up at the completion of the tender evaluation, according to the information submitted to the DUAE in accordance with Art. 196 par. (1): - - Certificate of absence of debts on the payment of taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget) outstanding at the time of presentation.

Requirement 3. Non-compliance with art. 167 of the Law no. 98 / 2016.

(1) the contracting authority may require candidates / tenderers to submit all or some of the supporting documents as evidence of informationr included in the DUAE at any time during the course of an award procedure if this is necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the procedure, 196 par.
