Variant: subject to having presented a quantified offer for the basic solution established in this consultation dossier, tenderers arean alternative offer with energy savings, a better organization of maintenance in terms of logistics and financial repercussions for the city.

Bid Judging Criteria: The most economically advantageous tender will be selected at the end of a ranking, according to the following weighted criteria:

1) Price: (45 points)

a) Flat Part: The Price Judgment will beon the one hand on the basis of the global lump sum (TTC) entered in the commitment document. Score of 25 points;

b) part a with purchase orders: the price will be appreciated on the other hand from the list of unit price and discounts as well as the price determined from a simulation of one or more type of new works sites which will be Applies the corresponding unit pricesof the price schedule. 2) the technical value of the offer: (55 points), this criterion is assessed in the light of the technical brief allowing the judging of tenders and presents the following way:

- methodology and human resources specifically dedicated to the performance of services (25 points),

- the material and technical resources specifically dedicated to the executionn benefits (15 points),

- measures taken for the environment and sustainable development, in particular by specifying the recycling methods for materials containing environmentally hazardous waste (15 points).
