The Municipality of Platanias presents a great epaudio differentiation to the needs of cleaning services, which are particularly high, during the tourist season (1 April to 31 October)
Jobs are divided into 2 zones:
Zone A: operations carried out for 7 months (1 April - October 31)
Zone B: work carried out for 5 months (November 1st - March 31st)
Duration of service will beis one (1) year and for the execution of the work, the required staff is 34 persons during the tourist season (from 1.4 to 31.10) and thirteen (13) persons during the winter season (from 1.11 to 31.3), who will work 40 hours a week, five days a day
The working hours of the employees will be what the T administration will set.of a Clean and Recycle Department, whilst adhering to the general collective labor agreement.
A weekly schedule will be prepared and delivered to the contractor by the Department of Cleanliness and Recycling, in accordance with the service`s regular needs, which will include the work area and type. of work. The contractor will deliver a weekly report to the serviceof the work performed, which will include information on the work area, the daily number of staff employed and the number, type and type of machinery used, emergency incidents. The report shall be signed by the representative of each Local Community, if present at the place of work, otherwise the statement shall be given.stuff. The Presidents of the Local Communities will be informed in advance of the place and nature of the works by the Contractor.
The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to carry out activity relevant to the subject of the contract.
Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union is required to be registeredkept in one of the professional registers, kept in their State of establishment or meeting any other requirement set out in Annex XI to Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. Where economic operators are required to be specially approved or to be members of a specific organization in order to be able to provide the relevant service in their country of origin, the contracting authority mayask them to prove that they have such approval or that they are members of that organization, in accordance with Article 75 (2) of Law 4412/2016 or to invite them to make an affidavit before a notary on the pursuit of the profession concerned
In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries, have joined the SDS or third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, must be registered in the respective professional registers.
Economic operators established in GREECE must be registered in the relevant professional register if, under current legislation, their registration is required for the contracted service, in accordance with Annex XI of Appendix LA 4412 / 2016.
The contractor will be required to comply with the provisions of labor laws, regulations and regulations, to prevent accidents to its personnel or to any third party and to take measures to protect the environment. Gears - fuel- other tool consumables and personnel movement will be provided by the contractor. The working hours of the employees shall be as specified by the management of the Department of Cleanliness and Recycling, whilst adhering to the General Collective Labor Agreement.the information referred to in cases a to f of paragraph 1 of Article 68 of Law 3863/2010 (A 115), as applicable at any time, as well as the specific condition of paragraph 3 of the same article.
