The cleaning of the various streets, squares and the walkway on the territory of the municipality of Knokke-Heistprovides on call by the city maintenance department during the year.

During the execution, the contractor must comply with the general regulations on the Police of road traffic, as well as with the provisions of the General Circular Letter on road signage, in particular with regard to signaling of works and traffic barriers (Cat. 5).

All necessary signage for carrying out the wwork is the responsibility of the contractor. Immediate follow-up will be given to the comments of the police services or the senior official regarding the adaptation of the signaling for safety reasons.

The contractor must take all necessary measures so that the public transport services are hindered as little as possible during the execution of the works

Sspecifications regarding working method and execution are further specified in the technical part.

By registering for this contract, the tenderer declares that he / she is not in a state of exclusion, as referred to in articles 67 up to and including 69 of the law of 17.6.2016 concerning public contracts.
