The work mainly consists of from green maintenance and street cleaning in a part of the Woensel Noord district.

Main Site: Municipality of Eindhoven-work broadly covers the following activities:

a. Maintenance of trees (about 2 700 sts)

b. Maintenance of ornamental plants (approx. 39 300 are);

c. Maintenance of shrubbery (approx. 73 900 ares)

d. Maintenance of forest plants and forests (approx. 27 300 are);

e. Maintenance (half) pavements (approx. 39 100 are);

f. Maintenance of recreational grass fields (approx. 2 400 are),

g. Maintenance of swirling (about 6 400 sts)

h. Additional obligations Flora and Fauna and traffic measures;

i. Additional work.

The invitation to tender concerns a European tender in accordance with the public proce-expensive in accordance with the Aanbestedingsreglement Werken 2016 (ARW 2016).

The procedure is subject to approval by the Mayor and Aldermen of the Municipality of Eindhoven.

The client requires that an amount equal to 5% of the registration sum be paid to Social Return. The required percentage of social return or part of it can be filled in by means of a valid PSO certificate. The complete prewgrounding with regard to social return and PSO and the supporting documents to be submitted are included in the specifications.

The contracting authority has opted not to subdivide the assignment "Integral management Woensel Noord 1a" into parcels. The motivation for this is that the division into lots:

- is not efficient, because it concerns an integral assignment,

- is not efficient; the total costs (preparation, tendering, realization, operation and maintenance) are many times higher when the assignment is divided, - - leads to problems in view of the manageability and / or the liability between several parties and / or the costs of mobilization between geographical areas and / or the turnaround time ( with associated costs) and / or an increase in risks and failure costs
