The subject of the order is" Replacement of tees, cross section of the fresh steam pipeline and outlet sections of chambers behind the 2nd stage coolers of the OP 430 No. 3 boiler at PGE EC S.A. branch no. 1 in Krakow ", cin order to bring devices to a full technical condition in accordance with the technical and operational documentation by replacing worn out components.

The subject of the order is:

1) Replacement of T1 P and L, T2 tees and GRPP cross piece:

Working parameters of tees:

- Test 14.2 MPa,

- nearby 14.5 MPa.

Tref. = Trob 540 st C.

Steel grade of the connection pipeline: 13 HMF.

Scope of work:

- development, coordination of welding works technology and inspection of assembly welds in the technical inspection office (hereinafter referred to as "UDT"),

- scaffolding execution and dismantling for replacing T1 P and L, T2 tees and crosses,

- disassembly, thermal insulation on tees and crosses, assemblyhoods made of sheet metal (recycled),

- securing the pipeline against displacement,

- cutting out tees and cross pieces, beveling the end of the steam pipeline for welding,

- assembly welds,

- heat treatment of welded joints,

- control tests of assembly joints agreed in technology,

- preparation and issue of a certificate for all works, in accordance with the requirements of UDT.

2) DimIana outlet sections from 2nd degree injection chambers P and L side (fig. no. A220 258 02a):

- development, agreement of welding technology and control tests at UDT,

- removal, utilization of dust from the injection chamber area and the final superheater inlet chamber fresh steam,

- execution of scaffoldings in the ceiling, necessary to carry out the works,

- dismantling and execution ofthermal lacquation of injection chambers, together with the inlet and outlet parts as well as communication pipes at the inlet and outlet, pages P and L insulation on the mesh, two layers of 100 mm, density "80",

- protection of P and L injection chambers against displacement,

- cutting off the outlet chambers, beveling the end of the injection chambers for welding,

- replacing the outlet chambers after the second stage coolers p. Pand L,

- making welded joints of assembly sections of outlet chambers with P and L cooler chambers,

- cutting off and welding communication pipes fi 133 x 20 10 H2M, 12 pieces per chamber,

- cutting off and welding the tip to thermocouple fi 48 x 12, grade 10 H2M 1 piece per chamber,

- cut-off, butt welding fi 38 x 6.3, grade 10 H2M 2 pieces per chamber,

- cut-off of the cooler chamber from the inlet chamberon the left side, boring a circumferential crack located 40 mm from the weld ridge towards the inlet chamber, chamfering of the inlet chamber and welding injection chamber,

- assembly weld assembly,

- heat treatment of welded joints,

- control tests of assembly joints within the scope agreed in technology,

- preparation and issue of a certificate for all works, in accordance with the requirements of UDT.

Note:

Outlet chambers P and L, T1 P and L tees, V-shaped tee (T2) and cross-piece are provided by the Employer.

Contractors who meet the conditions of participation in the procedure specified in art. 22 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, regarding competence or authorization to conduct specific professional activities, provided that it results from separate provisions. The Purchaser will consider Wykosoldiers meet the abovementioned condition if they prove that they have the rights to repair or upgrade steam boilers, issued on the basis of the Act of 21.12.2000 on technical inspection (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 667), including art. 9 of this regulation, or have the rights in the abovementioned scope issued, on the basis of previously applicable provisions in this field, which rights retained their validity inadministrative decision by the competent body of technical supervision.

Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure specified in art. 22 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, concerning the economic and financial situation. The Awarding Entity recognizes that the Contractor meets the condition of participation in the proceedings in terms of economic or financial standing, if he performswca will show that he has civil liability insurance in the scope of conducted activity related to the subject of the Order for an insurance sum of not less than PLN 1, 000, 000.00 (in words: one million zlotys).

In case of demonstrating possession of civil liability insurance, specifying the amount insurance in a currency other than PLN, conversion of these valuesfollows the average exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland on the day of publication of the announcement in the Official Journal of the European Union. If on this day, the NBP does not publish the average exchange rate table, the Employer will take as the basis the exchange rate from the average exchange rate table published the next day after the date of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union.

In the case of joint contractorse 1, several or all Contractors jointly applying for the order can prove themselves applying for the contract with civil liability insurance at the level specified above.

1. The procedure is conducted in an open tender pursuant to art. 39 in connection from art. 134 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law

2. The contracting authority envisages the application, in accordance with art. 24aa Pzp, so-called reverse procedure (i.e. first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor whose bid was rated highest is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure).

3. The Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order together with the attachments (SIWZ) is available free of charge at: https://www.swpp2.gkpge.pl. Principles of personal data protection in progressThe validity of the contract is specified in the Terms of Reference and Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference.

4. The contracting authority allows the possibility of changing the deadlines for the implementation of works and the public procurement contract on the principles set out in the model contract constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.

5. The Employer informs that if the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, ordera number of documents, such as:

1) information from the KRK, submits information from the relevant register or, in the absence of such a register, another equivalent document issued by the competent judicial or administrative authority of the country in which the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence or place of residence. the person to whom the information or document relates, to the extent specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 point 13, 14 and 21 of the Public Procurement Law,

2) certificates from ZUS, Tax Office and business registers (KRS or CEIDG), submit a document or documents issued in the country in which the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence, confirming respectively that:

a) no is in arrears with taxes, fees, social security or health insurance contributions, or that he has entered into an agreement with the competent repayment authoritythese receivables, together with any interest or fines, in particular, obtained legal exemption, deferment or distribution in installments of overdue payments or withholding in full the decision of the competent authority;

b) its liquidation has not been opened or bankruptcy has been declared.

6. Documents referred to in point 5 (1) and 5 (2) (a) b, should be issued no earlier than 6months before the submission deadline. The document referred to in item 5 point 2 lit. a, should be issued not earlier than 3 months before the expiry of that period.

7. To the extent not specified in point 5 6 above and to the extent of documents (and their forms) confirming the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure, the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26.7.20 shall apply.16 regarding the types of documents which the Employer may request from the Contractor in the procurement procedure.

8. Offers, statements, including the initial statement, shall be made, under the pain of nullity, in electronic form and shall bear a qualified electronic signature in accordance with Article 10a of the Public Procurement Law

9. By submitting an offer, the contractor remains bound by it for a period of 60 daysfrom the date of the bid submission deadline.
