Acquisition of a removable pre-marking group

Acquisition of a new removable pre-marking group compliant with the 2006 / 42CE standard and installation in a N 1 commercial vehicle, equipped with 2 side doors provided by the county council of Lot-et-Garonne. This equipment is intended for the DGAIM (Deputy General Direction in charge of the infrastructures and thebilite) as part of its missions.

The application is presented in the form of DC 1 and DC 2 forms (available in French).atuitement on the site www.economie.gouv.fr), either in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME). The transmission of folds by paper is authorized: post with AR, deposit against recepisse. The transmission of documents electronically is carried out on the buyer's profile. On the other hand, the transmission of documents on an electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, usb stick ...)-is not allowed. The choice of transmission mode is global and irreversible. Applicants must apply the same method of transmission to all documents sent to the contracting authority. Each transmission will be the subject of a certain date of reception and an acknowledgment of electronic reception. As such, the reference time zone is (Gmt 01:00) Paris, Brussels, Copenhague, Madrid. The fold will be considered if the download ends after the scheduled date and time. If a new letter is electronically sent by the same candidate, the same candidate cancels and replaces the previous letter. The envelope can be duplicated with a backup copy transmitted within the time limits, on electronic physical support or on paper. This copy is transmittedunder seal and must include the mention, the name of the candidate and the identification of the procedure concerned. No electronic format is recommended for the transmission of documents. However, the files will have to be transmitted in widely available formats. Each piece for which a signature is required must be electronically signed-individual and conforms to the format Xades, Cades or Pades. The only electronic signature of the fold does not carry value of commitment of the candidate. The security level required for the electronic signature certificate is the level (**) of the RGS.
