The Services fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (`PCR`) and the procurement is therefore within the `light touch regime`. The Council is entitled to select a procedure of their choice pursuant to Regulation 76(1) of the PCR and intends to follow the procedure `Competitive Procedure with Negotiation` (CPN). The Council, however, reserves the right to deviate from the CPN procedure described in the PCR to the extent permitted under the PCR. The procurement process is as further described in procurement documentation. The estimated total value of the procurement has been calculated by estimating the total turnover likely to be achieved by the successful tenderer over the maximum 10-year duration of the contract.
