Design, creation and hosting of a digital platform for the enhancement of Parisian venues as part of hosting major international sporting events

The purpose of this contract is the design, creation and accommodation of a platformnumerically presenting about 1000 Paris locations likely to interest stakeholders (media, committees, federations, official sponsors ...) major international sports events to come.

The City of Paris has decided to list within one catalog places likely to interest the stakeholders of major international sports events. It will belong toholder of the market to materialize this catalog by creating a platform accessible on line, from the elements transmitted by the City of Paris, making it possible to facilitate the research of the places by the operators.

Documents to produce in support of the candidatures by the candidate:

- form DC1, letter of application - authorization of the agent by his co-contractors,

- form DC2, declaration of the individual candidate or the member of the grouping, - if he / she supports, in order to be nominated, the professional, technical and financial capacities of other economic operators, the candidate produces the same documents concerning this economic operator as those which are required by the public purchaser.

The candidate must also provide proof that each of these operators ewill have at its disposal the necessary means, throughout the period of execution of the public contract.

Documents to be produced obligatorily by the grantor, before the signature and the notification of the public market:

- the parts envisaged with the articles D. 8222 -5 or D. 8222-7 and D. 8222-8 of the Labor Code,

- if the adjudicator is established in France, the certificates and certificates issued byr the competent administrations and bodies proving that it has fulfilled its fiscal and social obligations or an annual statement of the certificates received, - if the recipient is established in a State other than France, a certificate drawn up by the administrations and bodies country of origin.
