Spectroscopy devices.

Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a UV spectrofluorimeter -visible with analysis software allowing automated sequential measurements and a pedagogical presentation of the fluorescent phenomenonthis for practical work depending on the UF of chemical sciences of the University of Bordeaux. The contract also includes the guarantee (including technical assistance), the associated technical documentation and user training.

The sums due for the execution of this contract are paid within a maximum of 30 days in application of articles 115. at 121 decret n 2016-360.

This global payment period runs from the date of receipt of the bill by the billing department when the invoice has been sent in the conditions defined in this document. Otherwise, the period begins to run from the date on which these conditions are deemed fulfilled.

This period may be suspended under the conditions laid down by theregulations.

In case of overrun of the overall payment period, interest arrears will be due, in accordance with the provisions of article 120 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016

The mode of payment is the transfer.

A. Letter of application Candidate's declaration or DUME

All candidates must produce:

a) the form (*) duly completed, date by the-candidate, or by each of the co-contractors in case of grouping;

b) Form DC2 (*) duly complete;

2) Solution 2: Candidature DUME

The candidate can submit his application in the form of a Single European Market Document ( DUME) draws up in French instead of the forms DC1, DC2 and, where applicable, DC4.

The candidate must indicate in the DUME that he / she has the aptitude and cthe requirements of the WFD by providing all evidence expressly.

Applicants wishing to use the DUME which has already been used in a previous consultation must provide a certificate of honor justifying that the information contained therein is still valid.
