The aim of the competition is to create a framework for the acquisition of visuals, special watermarks and naeo research for the needs of the City of Vaasa and the other municipalities in Ostrobothnia. Purchase of silmaelas and naeo research will take place in the form of promised offers. The co-ordination of the agreements is the city of Vaasaunits, companies and groups of companies, as well as other owners of TeeSe Botnia Oy. The major contracts for the contracts are Vaasa Regional Health and Vaasa Social Services. Orders are made on the basis of written assignments.

TeeSe Botnia Oy's procurement services require the offer of the Vaasa City Council for silkworms, special occassions and naeo researchs in the form of a frameworkfor purchase. The municipality of Korsnese is myoes committed to the acquisition.
