Design and technical assistance services - Rehabilitation Building A - Historical monument - includes PT DE POE elaboration, for the purchase of the technical project execution work, obtaining opinions, agreements, construction authorization, technical assistance during the execution of the works, for the investment objective "Real Estate Rehabilitation A".

1 piece. - elaboration of PT DE POE DL, specifications for the procurement of the technical project execution, obtaining theapprovals, agreements, construction permits, technical assistance during the execution of the works, for the investment objective "Real Estate Rehabilitation A."

Requirement No. 1:

- The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in Art. 164, 165, 167 of the Public Procurement Law No. 98/2016.

The manner of fulfillment and applicabilityThe economic operators participating in the award procedure have the obligation to complete and initially present the DUAE with information related to their situation. (including associates / subcontractors / third parties) as the first proof of non-compliance in exclusion and capacity requirements (see DUAE User Guide developed by ANAP available at www.anap.gov.ro). The contracting authority will require the tenderer ranked first, after application of the award criterion for the admissible tenders, to prove the non-compliance in the exclusion situations, by submitting the following information and documents:

1) certificates regarding the lack of debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or co(2) the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the economic operator or of those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as is apparent from the certifying certificate issued byONRC / constitutive act;

3) where appropriate, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement;

The contracting authority will require the tenderer ranked first, after applying the award criterion to the admissible tenders, to prove the non-compliance in the exclusion situations, by submitting a Declaration, on the Proresponsibility for non-compliance with the provisions of art. 59 and 60 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, a declaration to be completed in accordance with Form 1 of the "Forms" section.
