The acquisition covers the following types of services:

Main Site: CNE Cernavoda.

According to the CR specification(2) Maintenance services, including calibrations, for automation systems and AMCs in the area of auxiliary objects (indoor and outdoor); 3) Services maintenance of Condor equipment used to monitor the behavior of civil structures in case of earthquake; 4) Services dis maintenance and software and hardware repairs of Siemens automation equipments from the Scada systems of the Water Treatment Plant (STA) and the 110 kV station; 5) Maintenance services for: - 27 fire detection systems,

- 5 INERGEN gas fire extinguishing systems (52% Nitrogen, 40% Argon, 8% CO2) model Siemens CS-1140 from Unit 0 and Unit 1,

- 4 INERGEN gas fire extinguishing systems model ANSUL AUTOPULSE IQ 301E from Unit 2; 6) Support activities related to maintenance services from previous points, consisting of evaluation / evidence / tracking of work orders, issuing of work orders and processing work packages (printing, scanning, updating information in the job order management systeme, management / updating of specific databases)

Mode of accomplishment:

All the economic operators participating in the procedure (bidders, associate bidders, third parties, supporters, declared subcontractors) will complete-and filed with the DUAE, the declaration on its own responsibility for non-compliance with the provisions of art. 72 and 73 of Law no. 99/2016 (Form III.1.1.a).

Requirement no. 2

The economic operators submitting the offer individually or in combination, the subcontractors or the supporting third parties must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 177, 178 and 180 of Law no. 99 / 2016.

Ind: All economic operators participating in the procedure (bidders, associate bidders, third parties, supporters, declared subcontractors) will fill in the Single European Procurement Document (DUAE), Part II and III, with information related to their situation.

At the request of the contracting entity, for confirming the requirement, the bidder ranked first after applying the attribution criterionon admissible tenders, prior to the declaration of the winner will be required to submit updated supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the qualification requirements according to the information contained in the DUAE, as follows:
