The contract will provide the following services :

- Technical Expertise,

- Geotechnical Study,

- Topo Study,

- Approval Documentation-of the Works of Intervention,

- Technical Project,

- Task Bases,

- Execution Details,

- Project for the Authorization of the Construction Works,

- Technical Assistance from the Designer for the entire period of execution of the Works Contract, in compliance with the provisions of GD no. 907 / 29.12.2016.

Amount: RON 650.00, minimum 6 months from the deadlineof receipt of tenders set out in the contract notice. The form of the guarantee of participation: according to art. 36 of GD no. 395/2016. In the case of bank transfer, the transfer will be made to the account RO12TREZ6215006XXX000334, opened at Timisoara Treasury, beneficiary Timisoara, fiscal code 14756536. Equivalence for a participation guarantee deposited in another currencyto be made at the NBR exchange rate on the date of publication of the SICAP participation notice. The guarantee instrument should provide that the payment of the participation guarantee will be executed unconditionally, ie at the first request of the beneficiary, on the basis of his / her statement regarding the fault of the bidder. The proof of participation guarantee will be submitted to SICAP, signed with extended electronic signature, until-deadline for submitting bids. In the case of submitting joint offers, the participation guarantee must be made on behalf of the association and mention that it covers all members of the group of economic operators jointly. Failure to present it with the offer would entail the rejection of the offer as unacceptable (based on Article 137 paragraph (2) letter a) of GD no. 395/2016). Particular guaranteeshall be returned under the conditions of art. 38 GD no. 395 / 2016.

The guarantee of good execution will be made within maximum 5 working days from the date of signing the contract, in the amount of 5% of the value of the contract without VAT. How to create the guarantee of good execution: according to art. 39 and art. 40 of GD no. 395/2016. The guarantee will be refunded in accordance with art. 42 of H.G. no. 395 / 2016.

1) Withinthe documents attached to the participation announcement published in the SICAP, the DUAE is made available to interested economic operators, in editable format, in order to complete it by the bidders. The participating economic operators will fill in this document with the information / answers related to the inclusion / non-inclusion in the grounds for exclusion, respectively the fulfillment of the qualification criteria(where explicitly stated) and will not have the right to intervene on the DUAE format, respectively on the requirements imposed by the contracting authority; 2) For the visualization of the attached documents, the operator economic must have a program required to view the signed electron filesc) 3) Economic operators have the right to submit the offer (complete DUAE, the declaration of non-compliance with the provisions of Article 60 of Law No. 98/2016, the technical proposal, the financial proposal, the proof of the guarantee guarantee and, if case, third party support commitment, association and / or subcontracting agreements), only in thelectured signed with extended electronic signature; 4) Requests for clarification regarding this tender documentation will be exclusively addressed to the SICAP, within the award procedure conducted by electronic means, the contracting authority will not respond to the requests addressed by another way of communication than the established one. Requests for clarification (dif this is the case) will be sent within the deadline for addressing the requests specified in Section I, point 1.3.) of this document, and those addressed outside this deadline will no longer be considered. Response to requests will be published in the SICAP in the tender notice; 5) If the contracting authority requests the submission of certain clarifications / completions, -in order to check the conformity of the offer with the required requirements, both the request and the bidder's response are transmitted in SICAP, only in electronic format, signed with the extended electronic signature. If the bidder's response is posted to the SICAP without the extended electronic signature, its offer will be assimilated to the provisions of Art. 137 par. (2) lit. j) of GD no. 395/2016, being re6) If, following the application of the "lowest price" award criterion, it is found that two or more first-ranked offers have equal prices, re-fermentation will be required through SICAP. If this is not feasible for reasons attributable to the SICAP operator, a new offline financial proposal will be requested from the bidders.
