Quantum: 280 RON, validity period at least 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders set out in the contract notice. The form of the guarantee of participation: according to art. 36 of H.G. 395/2016. In caseof the bank transfer, the transfer will be made to the account RO12TREZ6215006XXX000334 opened at Timisoara Treasury, Beneficiary Timisoara Municipality, fiscal code: 14756536. The equivalence for a participation guarantee deposited in another currency will be made at the NBR exchange rate on the date of the announcement of the participation in SICAP. The guarantee instrument must provide for the payment of the part-guaranteeprocessing will be executed unconditionally, ie at the first request of the beneficiary, based on his / her statement regarding the fault of the bidder. The proof of the participation guarantee will be submitted to the SICAP signed with the extended electronic signature, by the deadline for submitting the bids. Not presenting it with the offer would entail the rejection of the offer as unacceptable (based on Article 137 (2) (a) of the H.G. 395/2016). The warranty of good execution will be made within maximum 5 working days from the date of signing-of the contract, in the amount of 5% of the value of the contract without VAT. How to create the guarantee of good execution: according to art. 39 and 40 of H.G. no. 395/2016. The guarantee will be refunded in accordance with art. 42 of H.G. no. 395 / 2016.

Requests for clarification (if applicable) will be submitted within the deadline for addressing the requests specified in Section I - point 1.3) of this document, and those addressed outsideof this term will no longer be taken into account. Responding to requests will be published in the SICAP within the tender notice; 5) If the contracting authority requests the submission of certain clarifications / completions for the purpose of checking the compliance of the offer with the required requirements, both the request and the bidder's response shall be transmitted to the SICAP only in electronic format, signed with extended electronic signature. If the bidder's response is posted to the SICAP without the extended electronic signature, its offer will be assimilated to the provisions of Art. 137 par. (2) lit. j) from H.G. 395/2016, being rejected as unacceptable; 6) If, following the application of the award criterion, the "lowest price" finds that two or more offers ranked first, withhold equal prices, re-routing via SICAP will be required. If this is not feasible for reasons attributable to the SICAP operator, a new offline financial proposal will be requested from bidders.
