The district Herford writes as a school sponsor of the Pestalozzi school ( Foerderschule with the main focus on learning, primary and secondary level I) the student traffic for this school for the school years 2020 / 21-2023 / 24 according to - 14 SchfkVO. The contractor will be informed at the latest on April 30, 2024 whether the option to extend the contract for the 2024/25 school year will be exercised. The transport service includes the outward and return journeys between the respective location of the Pestalozzi school and the specified stops. The locations are:

The transport service includes the outward and return journeys between the respective location of the Pestalozzi school and the specified stops. The use of student traffic is generally reasonable if the length of the simple footpath between the apartment and the stop to be determined and between the stop at the school and the SSchool for the pupil of the primary level in total not more than 1.0 km or the secondary level I in total not more than 2.0 km. At the beginning of the 2019/2020 school year, 225 students visit the Buender site of the Pestalozzi School. The district of Herford took over the sponsorship of the Pestalozzi school on February 1st, 2019. Because of this, the ordercurrently no valid data basis that can be made available to the bidders. Even if a valid data basis were available, this would not necessarily be meaningful, since considerable changes (especially the catchment areas) are forecast in the next 4 school years. Lot 1 includes the student traffic at the Buende location. The shoes to be carriedMost of the students live in Loehne. For educational and traffic-related reasons, it is planned to bring the new students to the Herford subsidiary in the future. It can therefore be expected that the number of Loehner students at the main location in Buende will gradually decrease. In order to specify a size at all, theCatchment areas are shown, which are expected for the next school year. No guarantee can be given for the correctness of the data. Please note that there could be significant changes. In particular, no forecasts can be made about the new first graders.

The contractor regulates the vehicle deployment and the line planning independently. The lines are to be planned so that the vehicles are fully utilized and that the students reach the school on time for the start of the lesson. Care should be taken to ensure thatthey remain in the original lines as far as possible during the school year and the drivers are continuously deployed in the same lines. Consistently the same staff contributes to a better transport climate and significantly reduces the potential for conflict.

6. Current proof of the responsible position (for the Federal Republic of Germany this is the professional association) of the proper payment of the contributions to the statutory accident insurance (date of issue not older than 3 months until the submission deadline).

If a bidder refers to declarations / evidence from a third party / subcontractor with regard to economic or technical performance, the aforementioned declarations / evidence must also be enclosed separately for the third party / subcontractor.
