Execution of public school transport services for pupils and students with disabilities from the Vienne department

This framework agreement allotted in 16 lots, concerns the execution of public school transport services for pupils and students with disabilities from the department of Vienne.This is a framework service agreement giving rise to purchase orders with 1 economic operator per lot, with no minimum or maximum amount. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 2 years from 1.8.2020 to 31.7.2022. It can be renewed 1 time for a new period of 2 years.

Execution of public school transport services for pupils and students in situations of handicap.

The contracting authority accepts folds only in dematerialized form according to the provisions of the consultation regulations. Applicants will be able to obtain the consultation dossier free of charge until the deadline for submission of tenders, by withdrawal from the dematerialization platform for public procurement accessible under the following internet address: https: //marches.departement86.fr - The contracting authority reserves the right to make detailed modifications to the consultation dossier at the latest 6 days before the deadline for receipt of tenders. Additional information will be communicated no later than 6 days before the deadline for receipt of tenders if a request has been received no later than 10 days before that date. The allocation oflots limited to 5 per tenderer, will be done in order of importance of the financial amounts noted by lot before the launch of the consultation as indicated in the regulations of the consultation. In the hypothesis or after allocation of the lots to the successful tenderers, 1 or more lots could not be awarded on the grounds that there was only one tenderer, but who weret already seen allocates the maximum number of lots, it can be waived of the rule of attribution to 1 tenderer of 5 lots maximum.
