4. criteria for selecting an economic entity (eligibility requirements)

4.1. Requirement for ability to practice professional activity

- the economic operator must prove upand to a court, professional or other appropriate register in the country of establishment.

- evidence of possession of a valid authorization to be able to provide services in the country of establishment of an economic operator, if the economic operator must possess a specific authorization or be a member of a particular organization in order to provide services in the country of your establishment (a valid license to perform thee) passenger transport activities issued pursuant to Article 14 of the Road Transport Act.)

Fill in the ESPD form Part IV: Criterion for the selection of the economic operator, section A: Ability to perform professional activity for all economic operators on offer.

4.2.Conditions technical and professional skills and their minimum level

4.2.1. The contracting authority specified the conditions of the technical and plearning abilities to ensure that the economic operator has the necessary human and technical resources and experience required to execute the procurement contract, which proves:

The tenderer cannot offer the same vehicles to multiple groups.

If the vehicle is not owned by the tenderer and is rented, and purchased through leasing must be accompanied by the consent of the leasing provider in accordance with Art. 61 of the Leasing Act

With this proof the tenderer proves that the vehicles it offers for the transport of children are eligible for the public transport activity.

The offeror must submit a valid certificate from an approved professional organization for the eligibility of each child-carrying busa, issued pursuant to Article 21 of the Ordinance on the conditions to be fulfilled by buses carrying children in an organized manner (Official Gazette 100/08 and 20/09). The bidder must submit copies of the traffic permits.

Statement by the economic operator that he has at his disposal persons possessing the professional capacity, expertise and experience necessary to execute the procurement subject, signed by an authorized person, not older than six months from the date of commencement of the public procurement procedure, proving that the tenderer has sufficient the number of professionally trained drivers who will perform the transport service.
