In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union, in relation to public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in corresponding business or commercial registers.

The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.
