The services will be purchased according to the needs of the contracting authority.

The supplier involved in the procurement must meet the requirements for the absence of grounds for removal of suppliers. The tender must only include the European Common Procurement Document (ESDP) in the tender. If a procurement group operating under a joint venture (partnership) agreement is involved in the procurement, the ESDP shall be provideds for each member of the supplier group separately. When the supplier uses subcontractors, subcontractors or subcontractors or other entities whose capacities are based (for example, the supplier relies on the revenues of another entity), the ESDCs of these entities shall also be provided with the supplier's EDD.
