Open procedure, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the contract of the school transport service and accompanying on school buses school years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022.

The object of the contract is the execution of the school transport service of the Municipality of Monselice for the school years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, which specifically provides for:

- the ordinary service (transport to and from school return),

- the services of short trips (for example guided tours scheduled during the school year),

- the accompanying service is in the front endimeridiana both in the afternoon slot.

The rules and procedures for performing the contract are established by the special tender specifications and the related contract contract.

The estimated amount of the service is based on the tender, in relation to which the offer must be submitted and set at EUR 124 020.00 per school year excluding VAT, for a total amount of EUR 372 060.00 orthree VAT in accordance with the law for the foreseen period of 3 school years.

- entry in the national electronic register (REN) which authorizes the exercise of the profession of road transport of persons pursuant to regulation n. 1071/2009 / EC,

- ownership of rental authorization with driver pursuant to Law 218/2003 and / or ownership of the assignment of local public road transport services.

Requirement relating toregistration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craft and Agriculture must be owned by: - - each of the companies grouped / grouped, consortium members / consortium or EEIG, - - each of the companies adhering to the network contract indicated as executors and by the network itself in the case in which this has juridical subjectivity.

The requirement relative to the registration in theNational electronic register (REN) which authorizes the exercise of the profession of road transport of people must be possessed by:

- each of the companies grouped / grouped, consortium members / consortium or EEIG,

- each of the companies participating in the network contract indicated as executors and by the network itself in the event that it has juridical subjectivity.

Requirement rElective to the ownership of rental authorization with driver and / or ownership of the assignment of local public road transport services must be possessed by:

- each of the companies grouped / grouped, consortium members / consortium or EEIG,

- each of the member companies network contract indicated as executives and by the network itself in the event that it has subjectivitya juridical.

Requirements of economic and financial capacity:

1) presentation of a suitable declaration by at least one banking institution, from which it results specifically that; 2017) at least EUR 200, 000.00; for companies that have started the activity for less than 3 years, the turnover requirements must berelate to the period of activity according to the following formula: (required turnover / 3) x years of activity.

The requirement for the overall business turnover must be satisfied by the temporary grouping, by the consortium, by the EEIG or by the companies participating in the network as a whole. This requirement must be possessed in a majority way by the agent.

The requeststands for the minimum and justified turnover requirement based on the specificity and relevance of the public service, with the consequence that a financial solidity of the company is also required to guarantee the regular performance of the service and the capital capacity necessary to respond in the event of default of the service itself.
