II The present application concerns the assignment of the school transport service for pupils of state schools for children, primary and secondary schools of first grade and second degree of the Municipality of Umbertide, for a presumed total of kilometers per year equal to 300 000. the school transport service must be carried outin compliance with the school calendar.
This appaIto has as its object the assignment of the school transport service of the pupils of the state schools of infancy, primary and secondary first and second degree of the City of Umbertide, for a presumed total of kilometers annual amount of 300 000. the school transport service must be carried out in compliance with the timetable
a) Registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of provincial commissions for crafts for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure; b) be in possession of the certificate of professional suitability for the transport of people by road provided for by Legislative Decree no. 395/2000 (already D.M. n.448/1991) and subsequent D.M. Transports of implementation n. 161/2005 or equivalent Community title;
c) be holders of rental authorization with driver pursuant to Law 218/2003 and subsequent amendments;
d) be in possession of UNI EN ISO 9001 quality certification for the entrusted service, in process of validity.
The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State orin one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3 of the Code, submits a sworn statement or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established. A) Possession of at least one bank reference
b) Having rendered the school transport service without detriment to Public Administrations 'arc of the last 3 years preceding the publication of this call for tenders (2016, 2017, 2018) pfor a total amount of at least EUR 1 500 000.00 (one million five hundred thousand / 00) attested by certification issued by public procurers. * The proof of the requirement, and provided according to the provisions of art. 86 and Annex XVII, part II of the Code.
In the case of services provided to public administrations or public bodies through the following procedure:
- originalo a certified copy of the certificates issued by the contracting authority / body, with an indication of the object, amount and period of execution.
In the case of services provided to private clients, using the following procedure:
- original o an authentic copy of the certificates issued by the private client, with an indication of the object, amount and period of executionne.
Under penalty of exclusion, the participating companies will have to carry out an on-site inspection on the routes related to the school transport contracted.
