Assignment of the school transport service to pupils attending primary and secondary schools of the municipal territory - period 2.5.2019 31.8.2022

Entrusting the school transport service for students attending classes primary and secondary schools in the municipal area - period 2.5.2019 31.8.2022.

Entrusting of the school transport service for pupils attending primary and secondary schools of the municipal territory - period 2.5.2019-31.8.2022.

Amount based on tenders : 1 999 640.00 EUR plus VAT.

The duration of the contract is 40 months from 2.5.2019 to 31.8.2022 (school years 2018/2019 (part) -2019 / 2020-2020 / 2021-2021 / 2022), with faculty of renewal for a further 3 school years: 2022 / 2023-2023 / 2024 and 2024/2025 (from 1.9.2022 to 31.8.2025) for an amount equal to 1 900 800.00 EUR plus VAT.

The total amount is estimated at 4 039 440.00 EUR plus VAT (including renewal and options).

Procedure: open pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 to be awarded with the criterion of the economic and economic offermore advantageous pursuant to art. 95 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, on the basis of the criteria specified in the tender specifications.

Trading platform managed by Intercent-er at the internet address: https: //intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it/, according to the procedures indicated in the specificationof tender and accompanied by the documents indicated in it.

- Registration in the register held by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of the provincial commissions for crafts for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure,

- Attestation of professional qualification as per art. art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 395/2000 and D.M. 28.4.2005 n. 161,

- Authorization, pursuant to Law 218/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions, for the rental of buses with driver.

Minimum annual specific turnover in the sector of activity covered by the contract, referred to each of the last n. 3 financial years available, not less than EUR 300 000.00, excluding VAT.
