The contract concerns the school transport service and the sponsorship of the elderly transport service as specified in the special contract documents and in the project. a) Registration in the Register of Companies at the competent Chamber of Commercio Industry Agriculture and Handicrafts for activities similar to those of the contract (if foreign company) Possession of equivalent registration in the professional register of the country of origin;

b) Authorization to carry out road transport of travelers referred to in the EC Reg. n. 1071/2009 (see Circular Minister for Infrastructure and Transport No. 2 of 2.12.2011).

C) Authorizationone rental with driver pursuant to Law n. 218 / 2003.
