The present public contract does not include lots or tranches. This is a single public market.

Reason for non-recourse to allotment: in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 dOrder n 2015-899 dated 23.7.2015 relating to public markets and Article 12 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25 March 2016 relating to public markets, the municipality of Villeneuve la Garenne decided not to allot the present public market to the extent that the evolution of the market in separate lots could render technically more difficult and financially more expensive the executionn of this public market. In addition, the services that are the subject of this public contract form an inseparable whole and all the economic operators operating in this competitive sector are able to offer all the services required within the Special Conditions (CCP).

The public contract will be awarded either to a single economic operator or to a groupeconomic, solidarity or joint operators.

The present public market will be financed from the public funds of the municipality of Villeneuve-la-Garenne (own budget resources). documents to be produced at the tender stage: the offers of the candidates must be made up of the following documents, duly completed, without any modification or reservation:

- the Act of Engagement (EA) and the forme DC4 only in case of subcontracting,

- the Unit Price Schedule (BPU),

- the technical memorandum box and its annexes (CV and driving license of persons made available to the city for the execution of the public market).
