The mandate covers all transports between the hospitals of all non-urgent transfers (secondary transports type S3) with an ambulance vehicle, if these are medically necessary and relocationOn request of the Hospital Center Oberwallis (SZO) between Brig and Visp as well as between the other Valais hospitals and, if necessary, relocation between the Spitalzentrum Oberwallis and extra-cantonal hospitals. This always concerns the departure of Spitalzentrum Oberwallis SZO or relocation to the Spitalzentrum Oberwallis SZO.

Negotiations: Negotiations concerning price or other services are prohibited during and until the award of the contract.

Remedies: This VerfueAppeal may be challenged within 10 days of its publication by appeal to the Public Law Department of the Canton Court in Sion.
