The subject of procurement is the transport of elementary school pupils in the area of the DNŽ for a period of four years. The bidder is obliged to provide a transportation service to the student by way of a poseof liner transport on the lines according to the enclosed bill of lading. The selected tenderer is obliged to issue an identity card on his behalf to any student who carries out the transport conditions, which is valid for the duration of the school year or during the validity of the contract of carriage, on the basis of which the student will be able to provide transportation from the place of residence to the place of the school. The subject of procurement is the transportation of elementary school pupils in the DNŽ area for a period of four years. The Bidder is obliged to provide the student with a special line service on the routes in accordance with the enclosed bill. The selected tenderer is obliged to issue an identification card to his / her student who is eligible for the carriage on his / her behalfduring the school year, ie during the validity of the contract of carriage, on the basis of which the student will be able to provide transportation from the place of residence to the place of school. Transport of elementary school pupils must be performed by high quality buses meeting the norms of the Regulations on the conditions to be met by buses organized carriage of children, or exceptional transport can be done-also performed by means of a personal vehicle of category M1 with a capacity of 7 1 or 8 1 which must meet the requirements of the Ordinance on special conditions for vehicles performing public road transport and transport for own use (NN 50/18).
