Public transport service on demand

The public market is for the collective transport service at the request of the community of agglomeration Cannes Pays de Lerins.

The public market has for object the public transport service at the request of the community of agglomeration Cannes Pays de Lerins.

The admissibility of the application-is assessed in the light of the rules of access to public procurement, set out in particular by Articles 45 and 51 of the Order of 23.7.2015 on public markets, Articles 44, 48 and 50 of the Decree of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets.

In application of these provisions, the candidate will provide all the information relating to the application mentioned below:

- prints Dc1: lapplication form presenting the candidate (name and address of the head office of the firm or companies in the case of grouping, legal form of the group, identification of the members of the grouping and distribution of the services, representative appointed by the members of the group),

- a declaration on the honor to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of Order No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets, and in particular that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of employees. disabled workers,

- registration in the register of public road transport companies.

- prints DC2 (declaration of the individual candidate or the member of the grouping) in which the candidat will provide its global turnover and the share of turnover in the area of activity covered by the public market for the last 3 years available,

- information on the underwriting of an insurance against relevant occupational risks. (1) tendering procedure: the contract is awarded in accordance with the open tender procedure, in accordance with Articles 42 of-Order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets and 66 to 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets;

2) complement to II.2.5) (award criteria): the award criteria and the elements for the assessment of these criteria are specified in the regulation of the consultation; (3) the parts mentioned in sections III.1 (1), III.1 (2) andIII.1.3) of this notice shall be established by each candidate and each co-contractor for a group. The economic, financial, technical and professional capacities of a candidate are generally appreciated taking into account, where appropriate, all the capacities of the members of the group. Candidates may also assert the abilities of other entities, regardless of thethe legal nature of the links between themselves and these entities (subcontractors, subsidiary, parent company, third company, etc.). Candidates will find more information about the legal form of the candidate and the conditions of participation in the RC;

4) supplement to item IV.1.3) (information on the framework agreement): the contract is in the form of a framework agreement laying down all the stipulationstractuelle, concluded without minimum amount and maximum amount, has purchase orders pursuant to articles 78 and 80 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets. The framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator;
