Odder Municipality has obligations to provide for carriage of citizens to and from a range of offers located inside and outside the municipality . This offer must, when entering into framework agreements, ensure that the municipality of Odder is able to do so.

The offer relates to special coursesseals of the citizens of Odder Municipality granted a license pursuant to the relevant legal provisions.

Appendix 3 Requirements specification contains a further description of the tender. Below is an overview of the offer.

The offer is divided into 2 lots. Offers may be submitted to one or both of the lots offered. The sub-agreements have been divided into two sub-divisions. Pa Delaftale 1 skAlthough the largest possible degree of interconnection is used, under the conditions set out in Appendix 3 Requirements Specification, in the planning of the Fixed Router's Fixed Routes. Citizens to be transported are preferably children and young people, a part of them with disabilities or special needs.

Part 2 is more and more aimed at adults and young citizens who are to be transported in driving patterns not acclaimed byfixed carriage, with preferably single trips (plus return), as well as shorter periods of permanent cargo for example illness.

No partial tender can be submitted.

The assessment is based on the combination of offers between Part 1 and Lot 2, which results in the overall lowest price for the Provider.

There will be a contract with a supplier per. agreement, that was the deliveryThe door is a sole supplier of the current agreement. The tenderer may then immediately relinquish the framework contract during the term.

Upon conclusion of the contract, Supplier is obliged to tender for the tenderer with the chosen Offeror during the contract period, in so far as it fulfills the Supplier's needs.

The company (or legal entity submitting a tender) must be in possession of universal permission tenl - Carrying of commercial passenger transport (or other commercial passenger carriage). - - Total annual turnover for the last two available accounts, - Valid professional liability insurance.
