School transport service for pupils of the kindergarten, elementary and lower secondary schools in the municipality of Tricase and fraz. Depressa aa.ss. 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021

Assignment of the school transport service with the means of property of the company entrusted with the service that will be necessary. The service is configured come public service, intended exclusively for students attending compulsory schools. The service consists of transporting the students from the collection points indicated by the client to the attended school complexes and vice versa. The performance of the contract also includes the transportation of the students of the two comprehensive state schools for trips, excursions and guided tours, to the conditionni specified in the special conditions.

Entrusting the school transport service with the means of property of the company entrusted with the service that will be necessary. The service is a public service, intended exclusively for students attending compulsory schools. The service consists of the transpoof the pupils from the collection points indicated by the client to the attended school complexes and vice versa. The performance of the contract also includes the transport of pupils from the two comprehensive state schools for outings, excursions and guided tours, under the conditions specified in the special conditions.

Participation in the tender is reserved for economic operators, registered inregisters of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts, Agriculture, for the activities covered by the contract or, for companies established in another Member State of the European Union, registered in the appropriate professional and commercial registers referred to in Annex XVI of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and the additional participation requirements provided for in this announcement. They are admitted to pparticipate in the tender all the subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions, in possession of the required requisites. Participation in the tender of competitors for which there are grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions.
