Transportation of pupils of elementary schools founded by the City of Samobor pursuant to Article 69 of the Law on upbringing and education in primary and secondary schools (OG 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 16/12, 86/12, 94/1, 152/14 and 7/17) and Article 53 Of the Law on Transport• Main Site: Republic of Croatia, the area of Samobor city • Transport of pupils of elementary schools founded by the City of Samobor in accordance with Article 69. Education and Primary Education Act (Official Gazette 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 16/1)2, 86/12, 94/1, 152/14 and 7/17) and Article 53 of the Law on the Carriage of Goods in Road Traffic, in Classes and Classes, all in accordance with the technical characteristics and other requirements of the Procurement Documentation.

Point 4.1. Procurement documentation - Entry into the court, craft, professional or other appropriate register in the country of his establishment - For the purpose of demonstrating the ability to performthe professional entity must prove the enrollment in the court, trade, professional or other appropriate register in the country of his establishment.

The business entity must prove that it has a valid license (Passenger Transport Permit) for public road transport services issued pursuant to Article 14 of the Law on Carriage of Goods by Road (Official Gazette 41 / 18), which proves that it possesses a business ability to perform• The manner of proof: - For the purposes of determining the circumstances in point 4.1. the economic operator submits the completed ESPD Form, Part IV, as a preliminary proof.
