Letters of guarantee are issued by credit institutions legally operating in the Member States - members of the Union or of the European Economic Area or of the GPA member states and have, with the applicable provisions, that right. They can also be issued by the ETAA. - TSEMEDE or be provided with a depository and Loan Fund bill, with a deposit of the respective amount of money. If a Depositary Depositary Deposits Deposits Account is established in the Deposits and Loans Fund, coupons or dividends expiring during the Warranty-the letters of guarantee shall be issued at the option of the economic operators by one or more issuers of the above paragraph

These guarantees shall include as a minimum the following elements:

(a) the date (b) the issuer; (c) the contracting authority to which it is addressed; (d) the guarantee number;-amount covered by the guarantee. The warranty for participation must be valid for at least 30 days after the expiration of the term of validity of the tender referred to in Article 2.4.5 hereto, ie up to 13 months from the next day of the contest (12 months 1 month = 13 months), otherwise the offer rejected. The contracting authority may before the end of the tender, ask the tenderer to extend the duration of the tender and the participation guarantee before their expiry. The guarantee of participation is returned to the contractor on presentation of the performance guarantee.

Good execution guarantee: For the signing of the contract, a performance guarantee is required, in accordance with Article 72 (1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, the the height of which rises5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT, and deposited before or at the time of signing the contract. The performance guarantee is reimbursed in full after the definitive quantitative and qualitative reception of the subject matter of the contract at the end of the school year 2018-2019.

Funding for this contract is the Region of St. Greece, Regional Unit of Evrytania. The dfor the contract, it shall be borne by the CA: 0821, relative budget appropriation for the financial year 2017 - 2018, 2018 - 2019 of the Agency Region. Greece - Regional Unit of Evrytania (VF 073, Κ.Α.: 0821).

This contract is funded by the CAC. of the OTA Grade II through which the Region of Sterea Ellada - PE is subsidized. Evritania, exclusively for the purpose(Article 8 of the Government Decision No 24001 / 11-6-2013 (Government Gazette 1449 B / 14-6-2013)) The contractor's payment will be made in the following way: ) 100% of the contractual value after the final receipt of the services per month, two-month, quarter etc., in relation to the date and the amount of the relevant credit that will be deposited for the Transfer of Students from the Ministry of the Interior

b)for group B of the present (sections 2.1, 2.7, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.16, 2.18, 2.20, 2.21, 2.23, 2.24, 2.25, 2.30, 2.31, 2.32, 2.33, 2.34, 2.56, 2.57, 2.58, 2.59, 2.60, 2.61, 2.62, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 4.10). (c) for the group C t(section 3.1), the cost of the route shall be adjusted according to the average fuel price of the month operated, as determined by the Ministry of Development Price Observatory for the prefecture of Evritania. The Contractor shall be liable for the third-party bookings, as well as any other charges, in accordance with the applicable legislation, excluding VAT, the provision of the service at the place and in the manner provided for-The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in a professional activity related to the subject of the services to be provided, namely the transfer of students. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial matricesin their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement is set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SIC. or in third countries not covered by the previous indent and having concluded a bilateral agreementor multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or trade registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the relevant Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material (applicable on a case-by-case basiseconomic operators in Greece). If there is no registration obligation, this is indicated by a signed statement digitally signed by the representative of the economic operator.
