The bidders can submit 4 side offers in the form of a discount for lot combinations. Other side offers / suggestions are not allowed. Submission of side offers is only permissible in connection with the submission of the corresponding single lots (main offers). The bidders have the opportunity to bid for a, mehsurrender or all lots. The clients reserve the total award of several or all lots to a bidder. (listed under the respective lot!).

The number of persons named in the address lists as well as the named pick-up locations (calculation bases) are exemplary. The values and accompanying persons per day of travel entered in the individual price lists are calculatory and-based on experience of the workshop; these must not be changed.

The bidder or the consortium must execute the contract in accordance with the contract conditions specific to the contract documents in accordance with the Tariff Remuneration and Public Procurement Act of the Land Nordrhein-Westfalen (TVgG-NRW).

It is pointed out that an extract from the trade central register and allocation register NRW voContractor is to be obtained for the bidder who is to receive the contract.
