The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand-new specialist car for sewage cleaning, which has not been produced before than in 2019.

The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new specialist car for sewage cleaning, produced no earlier than in 2019.

A detailed description of the subject of the order was included in Annexes 1 and 7 to the ToR.

Where the origin has been indicated in the SIWZ (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier) of materials or standards, approvals, specifications and systems, oreferred to in art. 30 para. 1-3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer allows for offering materials or equivalent solutions, provided that they ensure obtaining technical parameters not worse than those included in the documents included in the ToR.

Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings can apply for the order to be awarded and meet by the Employer termsin the proceedings regarding:

- economic and financial situation

the Contracting Authority will recognize that the Contractor meets the condition of participating in the proceedings regarding the economic and financial situation, if the Contractor shows that: - i. has financial means or creditworthiness in the amount not less than PLN 900, 000.00 or the equivalent of this amount in another currency.

In the case when the documents submitted bythe issuer confirming the fulfillment of the condition regarding the economic and financial situation described above will indicate the amount of financial resources or creditworthiness in a currency other than PLN, the amounts in foreign currency should be converted using the average NBP rate of the given currency in relation to PLN published on the day of the deadline for submission of offers .

In the case of Contractors jointlyAll contractors must meet the above condition jointly and severally.

ii. average net sales revenues (net annual revenues determined based on item A of the profit and loss account) in the last three years, and if the period of business is shorter in this period, amounted to not less than PLN 1, 400, 000.00 or the equivalent of this amount in another walIn the case of Contractors with revenues in a currency other than PLN, the net proceeds from sales in a given financial year should be calculated using the average exchange rate of the average NBP exchange rate of the given currency in relation to PLN at the beginning and end of a given financial year. Contractors jointly applying for the award of the order must meet the above conditions atone of the Contractors jointly applying for the order.

At the request of the ordering party, submitted in the mode of art. 26 par. 1 Pzp or art. 26 par. 2f Pzp (ie not along with the offer), the contractor submits the following documents: - to confirm the fulfillment of the condition described in point and above - information from the bank or cooperative savings and credit union confirming the amount of shares heldfinances or creditworthiness of the Contractor in the amount not less than PLN 900, 000.00 in the period not earlier than one month before the deadline for submitting bids in the proceedings,

- profit and loss account for the last 3 financial years, and if the period of activity is shorter for this period. In the case of Contractors not obliged to prepare financial statements- other documents specifying the turnover and liabilities and receivables, out of which will result from the annual net sales revenues for the period as in the previous sentence.

The contractor is excluded from the contract award procedure in respect of which any of the circumstances referred to in Article 24 sec. 1 point 12; Art. 24 sec. 1 point 13 lit. a) -c); Art. 24 sec. 1 point 14, if the osoba referred to in this provision was convicted of an offense referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 13 lit. a) -c); Art. 24 sec. 1 point 15 to 23 of the PPL act In addition, Contractors are excluded from the procurement procedure, in respect of which the circumstances referred to in Article 24 sec. 5 Public Procurement Laws

2. Due to the limited number of characters that can be entered into thisannouncements The Contracting Authority indicates that the list of statements and documents confirming the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings and the lack of grounds for exclusion have been specified in detail in the SIWZ. - 3. The order will be completed within the deadline specified in the Contractor`s offer, however not longer than until 29/02/2019

4. The contractor remains bound by the offer for a period of 60 days.
