Non-compliance with the situations stipulated in art. 177 of Law no. 99 / 2016.

Completing and submitting the declaration on non-compliance in the situations provided by art. 177 of Law no. 99 / 2016.

It will be comThe economic operator will complete the Single European Procurement Acquis (DUAE), according to art. 202 par. (1) of the Law no. 99 / 2016.

Incorporation in the situation stipulated in art. 177 of Law no. 99/2016 regarding the sectoral acquisitions, results in the exclusion of the tenderer from the procedure for awarding the contract. 2. I do notin the situations provided for in art. 178, art. 179 and art. 180 of Law no. 99 / 2016.

The winning bidThe price will be the one at the final destination (total leasing price), excluding VAT, at the STPT headquarters.

If two or more bidders placed on the first place has the same price, the evaluation commission will request new financial proposals, which will be transmitted electronically in SEAP, the contract being awardedof the tenderer whose new financial proposal has the lowest price.

Economic operators have the obligation to file a D.U.A. with the offer, otherwise in accordance with art. 228 par. (4) of the Law no. 99/2016, corroborated with Art. 143 para. (2) lit. b) of GD no. 394/2016 bid is considered unacceptable and rejected
