CPV Description: Application of 1 loader and 1 sweeper, for the needs of the services of the Municipality of Komotini.

Subject of this contract is the supply of 1 new, self-propelled vacuum cleaner with capacity of the scavenger bucket of 5 to 6 cubic meters (m), for the needs of the Environment, Clean and Reform Directoratecirculating the municipality, for cleaning from municipal and road waste, inside and outside the settlements within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Komotini. Also, with this contract, the Municipality wishes to supply 1 articulated loader (splitter) with a bucket of earthworks, with a capacity of at least 3.3 cubic meters, a machine weight of at least 18 tons, an antifouling engine according to the EU standards, for cleaning from municipal waste, as well as for construction works for the maintenance of technical works and infrastructures inside and outside the city of Komotini and the settlements, within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Komotini.

Main Site: Cleaning Service of the Municipality of Komotini or anywhere else indicated by the contractordepending on the resulting needs and at the request of the operator.

Supply of 1 new, self-propelled suction sweep, with a capacity of 5 to 6 cubic meters of the scavenger basket. The existing sweepers of the Municipality are no longer sufficient to cover the entire territory of the Municipality. Also, due to age and frequent abrasions, they are shut down. Repair itIn many cases it is economically unprofitable, so it is necessary to buy at least 1 sweep of 5 - 6 (m). The machine will be used for the needs of the Environment, Cleaning and Recycling Directorate. The machine will carry out cleaning operations from municipal and road waste, inside and outside the settlements, within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Komotini. We appreciatevalue of EUR 161 275.00 without VAT.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of this public contract. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be enrolled in one of the professionalor commercial registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area ) Or third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not covered by the previous indent, have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers. Economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.

Regarding economic and financialin the current procurement procedure, economic operators must have the necessary financial capacity for the three (3) previous, year of the competition, financial years (depending on the date of establishment of the economic operator or the commencement of its activities)., the minimum level of adequacy to be covered by the tenderer, the tender is to be awarded in order to be eligible, it is an average annual turnover for the above period of at least 50% of the estimated value of the items for which it is bidding, without VAT. . In the case of associations, the average turnover is calculated from the sum of the products of the above average annual turnover, eachamong the members of the association, on their participation in the association
