Delivery and installation of a 2-photon lithography system as well as instruction in the operation of the device.

The lithography system must have basic equipment and a control system (details in the tender documents). In addition, maintenance, warranty and training are required.

Demonstrators are allowed under full warrantysig.

The following self-declarations are to be submitted by the bidders or each member of the grouping. Foreign bidders / bidding consortia may submit comparable evidence of their country of origin; the proof of equivalence of the respective comparable proof must be submitted with the offer:
