According to the provisions ofrt.193 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will accept the preliminary proof as part of the DUAE (Unique Procurement Acquis) in place of the documents required to demonstrate the qualification requirements, including the exercise capacity. Prior to the award of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will request the bidders placed on the first three places to submitup-to-date supporting documentation demonstrating that all qualification criteria have been met, according to the information contained in the DUAE.
