of the project, which forms part of the Act (acronym: Grant Agreement noThe project objective is to provide support services for the implementation of the following tasks of the NSSA as a beneficiary in the Transaction SocialCrafts:

- designing the logo, graphic identity of the Act, brochure and poster, translating the material (in 2 languages), and transcribing the brochure into an alternative(in 3 languages) - in the context of Action Action, - providing support services to new social enterprises, developing a business plan, branding identity, and designing corporate (brochures, logos, business cards, etc.) - within the framework of the Action, - Developing an online promotion platform for producers from the handicraft, traditional products and folk art sectors in the cross-border area, which will be fully compliant with international standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.0, at least in AA level), will be in 3 languages (in Greek, Bulgarian and Greek), will promote registered producers and their products and will support the promotion of the local identity and heritage of the traditional handicraft of the cross-border region - of the Action,

- supporting the promotion of the online platform of the Act through planning-and development: (a) promotional material; (b) awareness and information actions to potential customers, businesses, local authorities, donors and other stakeholders. (c) packages of services (bids) for each cluster benefiting the platform and services of the Act and d) invitations to existing cross-border craftsmen (all 3 types of customers) and the signing of cooperation agreements - within the framework of the Action, - networking with international organizations, educational institutions, etc. and participation in key events, the promotion of the Act - within the framework of the Action, - the production of special educational material and the contribution to the implementation of seminars and workshops of the Informal Education of the Act - within the framework of the Actions, and - the Guaranteea Letter of Participation amounting to EUR 1 918, 12. Performance guarantee, amounting to 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT.

Payment of the contractor will be made in the following manner:

- Advance payment of up to 20% of the contractual price after the signature of the contract, by lodging an equivalent letter of guarantee, to be equal to 50% of the contractual price, reduced by the percentage of the advance received, upon completion and receipt of the deliverables (P1.1, P5.1, P7.1, Π1.2, Π2.1, Π1.3, Π4.1, Π5.2, Π5.3, Π5.5), defined by the date of delivery until the third (3) month after the signing of the contract (that is, when paying the A installment it will be offset-the amount of the advance received will be refunded to the Contractor and the advance payment letter issued), - B 'installment, equal to 18% of the contractual price, upon completion and receipt of the deliverables (Π4.2, Π4.3, Π5. 4, Π4.4, Π2.2, Π3.1), defined as delivery date as the fifth (5) month from the date of signing the contract,

- 3rd installment, equal to 27% of the contractual price, with the completion and receipt of the deliverables (Π2.3, Π6.1, Π7.2), defined by the date of delivery until the eighteenth (8) month, from the signing of the contract,

- repayment, the remaining 5% contract value after the definitive qualitative and quantitative acceptance of the project as a whole ..

As the project is implemented within the framework of an Action, which is part of the Cross Border Cooperation Program, it will be expressly agreed under the contract with the Contractor that the latter will unconditionally accept that payment be suspended until the necessary funds have been transferred from the Program Sponsor to the Contracting Authority. is done by the production of the legal documents and supporting documents provided by the partiesthe provisions of article 200 par. 5 of Law 4412/2016, as well as any other documents that may have been requested by the competent services that carry out the audit and payment.

The Contractor shall be subject to the extraordinary bookings as well as any other charge, in accordance with the applicable law, excluding VAT, the provision of the service at the place and in the manner provided for in the documentsof the contract. In particular, it is charged with the following deductions: (1) a 0.06% reservation, calculated on the value of each pre-tax and deduction payment of the original and any supplementary contract in favor of the Unified Independent Public Procurement Authority. (2) holding 0, 02% in favor of the State, calculated on the value, exclusive of VAT, of theas well as any supplementary contract. This amount shall be deducted in respect of each payment by the contracting authority, in the name and on behalf of the Directorate-General for Public Procurement and Procurement, in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 36 of Law 4412/2016.

3) Detention 0, 06% which is calculated on the value of each payment before taxes and deductions of the original, as well as any additional payments(Article 350 (3) of Law 4412/2016)
