An explanation of the company according to - 1-Paragraph 2 of the Women's Funding Ordinance (FFV) must be submitted. Offers that do not contain any or incomplete statements in accordance with Section 1 (2) of the FFV or companies that do not provide the declaration promptly upon request will not be considered.

An individual declaration by the company as proof of its reliability must be submitted. Offers that have no or incomplete self-phrasesor proof of registration in the commercial register, if required by registration, in accordance with the legislation of the Member State of the European Union or of the EEA Agreement or of any other country in which: the bidder is resident (o.ae., such as. Partnership register, association register) by presenting a commercial register extract (as a copy or as an electronic extract). Unless there is an obligation to register, other proof must be provided for the authorization and permission of the vocational training; reference is made to - 44 VgV.

Proof or certificate of proper fulfillment of the obligation to pay von taxes and duties as well as contributions to the statutory social insurance. Proof of company or professional liability insurance with indication of coverage for personal injury and damage to property.

If a bidding consortium submits an offer, all members of the bidding consortium must furnish the required proof. If the tenderer or a group of consortium proves to be a competitorIf the suitability for the ability or capacity of other companies or should such companies perform parts of the performance, the stated declarations or proofs are also to be submitted to these companies.

The client accepts the preliminary proof of suitability and the absence of exclusion reasons a single European self-declaration (EEE)-in the form of Annex 2 to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7 of 5 January 2016 establishing the standard form for the single European self-declaration. Required are those details which correspond to the above-mentioned proofs. As an alternative to the above-mentioned self-explanations, the certificate of registration in a PQ-VOLDatabase or the corresponding certificate number. The above statements are used to establish the suitability of the company. Within the scope of the GWB (supranational procedure), the signatory assures with these explanations that there are no optional or mandatory exclusion reasons within the meaning of -- 123, 124 GWB. Should one of the geIf such statements do not apply, evidence of self-cleaning may be provided in accordance with - 125 GWB to avoid company exclusion.

Sufficient evidence shall be provided by certificates issued by the competent authority of the country of origin or the country of establishment of the enterprise. In addition, reference is made to the regulations in - 48 (6) VgV

The contracting authority, in the case of an order value of more than € 30 000 gross, prior to award of the contract, is required by the tenderer who is to receive the contract to submit an excerpt from the commercial central register to the Federal Office of Justice in accordance with - 150a of the Gewerbeordnung
