Framework contract for the event management and framework contract for the technical support for the Old Town Hall

The Old Town Hall, Marienplatz 15, 80331 Muenchen is owned by the state capital Muenchen (LHM) and is used for city-internal events as well as leased to external organizers. Organizational wThe Old Town Hall is managed by the Executive Board of the Executive Board.

The core of the 1, 470-built building is the Old Town Hall as a meeting place within the meaning of the Assembly Venue Ordinance (VStaettV) with a floor area of approximately 435 m.

Event management and technical support for the Old Town Hall will be provided locally by external service providers.

The first contact, rental and contracting with the organizer will be made by the Executive Board of the Executive Board. The pre-coordination with the organizer, assembly and dismantling of the seating as well as cleaning and care of the Old Town Hall is located-in the area of responsibility of the municipal department, property management.

General information about the events in the Old Town Hall:

- Approximately 200 events take place per year,

- Organizers can be: the Staedtische Protokollabteilung on behalf of the mayor or the / the further mayor / mayor, in-city units, external associations, companies, organizations or Privatpersonen. To a very small extent also English-language events take place,

- types of events: receptions, honors, conferences, information events, congresses, concerts, dinners and to a lesser extent also celebrations and parties,

- variable seating: from standing over row seats up to parliamentary Seating,

- events can be for everyone-Time of day from morning to max. 24.00 take place; Set-up and dismantling in advance or connection.
